How to vote
1) Electronically. Complete the online voting form below.
2) By mail or fax - print the voting form and
send to CUCP.
3) In person at the AGM.
4) By proxy at the AGM - nominate your proxy below.
Notes:
1) You can choose to vote online AND nominate a proxy to vote on any matters arising at the AGM.
2) For ease of administration, please vote electronically if possible.
3) If you won't be at the AGM, please choose a proxy to help the meeting get a quorum.
